The Airbnb condominium was really great with a very beautiful park in common with the other condominium. An amazing swimming pool and fitness room for instance and other services as well. The host Paul was very nice and very helpful, sending many messages for helping you and suggesting several services. He even offered me the electricity and the iron because there was a mistake. Of course you have to walk a few minutes from the BTS, but it is very reasonable.

Once the direction is clear, we finalize the working terms so both sides have a transparent operating framework.
We inspect the unit in person, confirm readiness, and collect the keys so the setup can begin smoothly.
We provide a practical Airbnb-readiness checklist and best-practice guidance, but the owner remains responsible for preparing the unit, including deep cleaning, required appliances, essentials, and internet setup. Once the room is ready, we proceed with the photography used for the listing.
Optional paid help
Owners who want hands-on help can request the THB 4,500 initial setup and deep-cleaning service. Furnishing support is also available at a 15% service fee on purchase price when additional appliances or essentials are needed.
We build the listing, position it clearly, and set up the key details and configurations that help improve visibility in Airbnb search results.
Once the property is live, we handle booking operations and keep owner payouts organized and predictable.
We continue supporting the property after launch through day-to-day management and ongoing listing care.
